I really hope the condos are better than the apartments. We lived in the apartments for a year and HATED them. They were not well kept, parking was horrible, and the rent just kept going up. Maybe the management for the condos is better. We just moved into the Monarch (just read your post on that as well), which is 100% better than EOS, and we love them.
